Palate - Juicy, plush and delightful with sumptuous tannins and soft-velvety length. This delicious drop has an oaky earthiness with an alluring blue fruit spectrum; rose petals and licks of cranberry add layers to this gem. Hipster in a glass! Accessible. Opulent and juicy. integrated with hints of herb.  

General - The 2017 blend shows true varietal characteristics of its two leading stars with minty fine tannins, hints of herb and a juicy opulence mid palate. 12 months in seasoned oak adds refinement to this wine without overpowering the slurpy, juicy primary fruits.

Serve With - We are dreaming about pork belly with Chinese Five Spice crackling as we take another sip of this incredibly easy to drink wine.
